At METROLAB, the fight against bribery and corruption is a fundamental value for the operation of the business and corporate responsibility. The company is committed to maintaining integrity, transparency, and ethics in all its business practices and transactions.
The company strictly implements and monitors processes that ensure all financial and commercial activities are carried out with complete transparency and in accordance with legal requirements. Any form of bribery or any other improper benefit is strictly rejected and pursued with the utmost seriousness.
Additionally, any violations can be reported confidentially, either in writing or verbally. In the case of reporting any suspected bribery or corruption incident, METROLAB ensures that every complaint is examined with complete confidentiality, protecting the individuals who make it. The company ensures an impartial investigation of all incidents and, where necessary, takes appropriate measures.
Continuous training and awareness on these issues are a priority for the company, ensuring the daily adherence to these values and guaranteeing their proper implementation.
In 2024, it was decided to integrate anti-bribery policies and procedures into the Management System to achieve compliance with the requirements of the ISO 37001 Standard. The Management System was inspected and certified for the first time based on the ISO 37001 Standard in February 2025, by the accredited body TÜV Hellas.
